Fred was up first to a very cloudy, windy day. He brought Jan tea and a croissant which she enjoyed without having to go to breakfast. Then bridge lessons, lunch on the deck (make your own sandwich day), Fred to put feet up and Jan to duplicate bridge finished the afternoon.
Today Jan and Ann came in second in the east/west group! We would have done much better maybe even first if Jan hadn’t made a couple of mistakes in playing two hands. However, we were happy we did as well as we did and had at least two high boards.
Jan got her hair done. We enjoyed cocktails in the Observation Lounge and dinner in Compass Rose.
